Hey Hey! So I’m Rene Tovar the heart behind this blog. It only took me about 200 tries to start that sentence if I’m gonna be honest but anyway… I was born and raised in Houston, TX (and yes I really am passionate about being a Texan) go figure!
I am married to the boy I met on a church youth camp when I was 14! Crazy to think I’ve known my husband that long. I always knew we were going to get married. I am a mommy to the most sweetest little boy and now I want like 8 more kids! (kidding!) But seriously being a mommy is the most beautiful calling a person can have and has been my biggest ambition my entire life.
I am a proud SAHM (stay at home mom) which is a full-time job! I order the same thing from Chick-Fil-A every single time. I always bite my straws when I drink. I have a very unhealthy relationship with HEB, Target, and Starbucks. (pretty basic… I know! ) I hate changing my lock screen because I get use to it. I would rather be with my family at home than out. You can pretty much win me over with food.
